[MUD-Dev] Server: Momoko
http://uts.cc.utexas.edu/~blanu/mud/
--<cut>--
Momoko is an environment for building environments. It uses modular
components and transparently distributes objects over multiple
servers. It includes object-oriented version control and developing
of environments from within the environments. Multiple languages are
supported for writing object behaviours.
Momoko is a generic multi-user dataspace server. It is easy to
integrate new protocols for accessing this data. A single momoko
dataspace could be accessed via HTTP, FTP, IRC, SMTP, or your own
protocol.
Currently supported internal scripting languages are Java and
Python, unlike most MUDs, which use custom scripting languages. All
in-db objects are compiled into actual Java objects.
