ColdC: Function/Method Reference: lookup()

OBJNUM lookup(SYMBOL name)

This function attempts to lookup the name name as an object name and returns the appropriate object number. Using this function object #1 ($root) could be looked up with the ColdC code lookup('root)). If name is not assigned as an object name, the error ~namenf is thrown.
