ColdC: Function/Method Reference: reassign_connection()

INTEGER reassign_connection(OBJNUM new)

This function changes the controlling object for a connection from the current object to the object specified by the objnum new. If the new object does not exist, ~objnf is thrown. If the new object already has a connection, the error ~perm is thrown.
