ColdC: Function/Method Reference: rename_method()

INTEGER rename_method(SYMBOL old_name, SYMBOL new_name)

This function finds the method named by old_name and renames it to new_name. If the method old_name cannot be found, the error ~methodnf is thrown. If the method new_name already exists the error ~method is thrown.
