ColdC: Function/Method Reference: str_to_buf()

BUFFER str_to_buf(STRING str)

This function converts the string specified by the argument str to a buffer. If the character sequence "\r" or the character sequence "\n" is encountered, a carriage return (ASCII 13) or newline (ASCII 10) will be placed in the buffer instead.
