ColdC: A note on Conventions

Througout this manual are many examples of ColdC code. When explaining how ColdC code may evaluate when interpreted, a standard convention is used. The first line is the ColdC code. The second line begins with an text arrow pointing to the right (=>), and is follwed by a ColdC data value. This represents what the example would evaluate to when interpreted. For instance, if you called a function ctime(), and it returned the value "Sun Feb 25 17:06:38 1996", it would be listed using this convention as:

ctime()
=> "Sun Feb 25 17:06:38 1996"
