Refine priceless ancient legendary mythic

Refining an item allows further enchancments to it via the forge
command. Every level of refinment makes another 150k gold worth of
improvements available.
Refining can only be done at Karn. You can travel to him or find him
at 2s3e1n of recall.
Syntax: refine (item)
Ex: refine bracer
Refining costs different amounts of gold depending on the
level you're upgrading to. Here's a small outline:
Level Cost
(Priceless) 100k
(Ancient) 200k
(Relic) 300k
(Legendary) 400k
(Mythic) 500k
