Claiming areas is available to those players tier two or higher.
To claim an area you must kill the boss on a day of war and type 'Claim
Area'. Individuals may claim one area at a time. If you are the owner of
an area, you are free to attack anyone that is foolish enough to attack
your area's boss. A tax to players golding in an area that is claimed.
This tax may be claimed by the owner of the area on a day of Greed by
typing 'Claim Gold'. To unclaim an area type 'Unclaim area' while in
that area.
