Boss currently a person can claim the same nexus coordinates multiple
times.  Each claim counts towards the base build limit.  When I first built
my base, the flag disappeared due to the lack of persistence of objects in
the nexus.  Build base a second time returned the flag.  Typed build base a
3rd time when the flag was already there and the system still allowed me to
claim the same area.  So at my build base limit haha.  Might wanna put code
in to prevent people from claiming the same area multiple times.
