I think this rule needs changing, we now allow eq transferral between
acount so dont see why we shouldnt let them connect at the same time.  There
would need to be some code added to stop same account characters being able
to pkilling each other, and something to prevent multiple accounts being
created to get around this.  Please post your thoughts 

Personally, I don't see how that's viable.  The rules state no botting. 
If you can't bot, then how would you go about playing multiple characters at
the same time?  What point would there realy be to it?  The only benefit I
see is having multiple chars to try and run dungeon or nexus, but that's
going to further degrade the intention of group areas.  Just my thoughts.
