Two powers for Torment Demons show up under Slaughter Demon - shackle + grapple. Associated helpfile for shackle is confusing too.

To reproduce:
Be a Slaughter Demon
Have all pacts
Use the POWER command

Repeat the process as Torment Demon to see shackle/grapple not listed.

As either Torment or Slaughter demon, use shackle/grapple to see what the feedback is.
