POWER
Syntax: pow [amount] Allows a mage to put more arcane power into their bombs to penetrate spell resistance. The power penetrates an equal percentage of spell resistance but the chant will cost that much more (i.e. power 15 would penetrate 15% of spell resistance but cost 15% more).
