Only the Archmage or a favoured mage can create an apprentice.
Costs 100 primal for the mage and 50 primal for the avatar.

 Syntax : teach 'Target'

To become a full mage you will need to be taught the Rune of Mastery
again only the Archmage or a favoured mage can do it.
Costs 200 primal for the target.

 Syntax :#N teachmastery 'Target'
