Syntax : favour <target> <sire/shaman>
Favour is an ability available to second generation werewolves and werewolf
shamans.
SIRE allows the target werewolf of your clan to sire another werewolf.
Once a single werewolf has been created the power is lost, but can be
granted again if the Chieftain or Shaman so desire. A childe sired without
permission is known as an Orphan.
Shaman turns the target werewolf into a shaman, who is then able to allow
other werewolves the ability to sire more werewolves still. Only a Chieftain has
the power to make someone a shaman (or to remove the shaman's powers).
INDUCT and OUTCAST will accept a Orphan into the clan or outcast an
existing member.
